I can’t read the final picture (blocked at work), but the original picture reminds me that it’s the beginning of BS season! I discovered that the cost of buying them on the stem is very comparable to buying loose ones, but they are sooo much better.
Anyone have any idea what to do with the stems? Stock for cabbage soup or something?

Andrew, I didn’t actually buy those sprouts on the stem, but I should have. As soon as I see some this year, I’ll grab them. So I have no idea what to do with the stems. Generally, I use frozen brussels sprouts, which are excellent, the very best frozen vegetable I know of.
